Viking knit is a metal weaving technique which has not changed in over two thousand years. Used by the Vikings to make armour and jewelry, Viking Knit comes in three thicknesses: single, double and triple knit.
Traditional Viking knit necklaces and bracelets are made using the following wires: copper, brass, Sterling, Sterling silver-filled and coloured copper. Necklaces and bracelets come in a variety of lengths and prices.
Viking knit has also been used for custom applications by flattening it, adding beads, or using it to encase metal sheet to make cuffs, collars and traditional Viking Torque necklaces.
